   You know that greens are rich in nutrients. This means the most fruits are low-calorie even if they have large weight.
   All vegetables and herbs, from a juicy cucumber to a sheaf of fresh lettuce in a contain water and fiber large number, which not increase the amount of calories consumed, but also create a feeling of fullness for long time. So you can eat vegetables every day and lose weight at the same time. I can even say that the vegetable plan is fast weight loss diet plan. It helped me very well, I lost a lot of pounds, but I think my biggest achievement was those fact I began to feel the lightness in the body. Vegetable dishes give you a feeling of fullness, lightness, and very few calories. So, that day, when I started my struggle with overweight, I have cooked an easy vegetable soup. I want to be honest with you, so I have to say that bowl of soup was not enough for me. But I think it happened because I missed my breakfast. And I said to myself it will not happen again. So remember, if you want to lose weight, eat often, but small portions. If you miss your lunch, and eat more diet foods for dinner than you planned, do not be surprise that the lost weight will come back to you very quickly. Carbohydrates are a large part of the mass of vegetables. Therefore, the effect as the lack of protein may be after vegetables meal. The effect of this weight loss may be short-lived, and weakness and apathy (you do not need them absolutely) can be as consequences of your losing some muscle mass by such diet. When I started to observe the vegetable recommendations for weight loss, I felt a lack of something. I realized my mistake only a week later. You will not get a good effect for weight loss if you will eat only vegetables. Boil the broth from the lean meat or chicken. You will get a delicious soup and a portion of dietary protein for dinner. What could be healthier and tastier? Stew for dinner a piece of fish and vegetables as a garnish.
